New Delhi, February 22 (IANS). Supporting Prime Minister Modi’s statement regarding AI Impact Summit, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Manan Kumar Mishra said that Youth Congress workers did not just protest by going shirtless, they worked to tarnish the image of the country.
The BJP MP said that PM Modi also had to respond to the AI summit today. The people of India are very angry with that incident.
PM Modi had said in his statement that the Congress leaders reached the venue of the function by removing their clothes in front of the foreign guests. I want to ask the Congress party why did you feel the need to take off your clothes. Whatever the Congress leaders did there shows that the oldest party of the country has become ideologically bankrupt. Congress is busy defaming its own country.
Speaking to IANS in New Delhi, BJP MP Manan Kumar Mishra said that the entire country is upset and saddened by the Congress protest at the AI Summit. This incident is a very shameful incident done by some Congressmen at the behest of Rahul Gandhi. In such a big India AI Summit, which was the biggest summit globally, the youth are happy, a new power is being felt, India is moving towards a developed India and will become a world leader. PM Modi is doing so many good works for the progress of the country. Heads of 20 countries were present there. But, Congress did not like it. As part of a well-planned conspiracy, Youth Congress workers performed naked dance; This is a shameful incident.
The BJP MP said that there is a right to protest, but the Youth Congress workers crossed all limits. Our law and Constitution do not allow them to protest shirtless on such a platform where the country will be embarrassed. This was not a BJP meeting. The India AI Summit was taking place here at the global level; This was a national program.
On SP chief Akhilesh Yadav’s statement of bringing 100 MLAs and becoming the Chief Minister, the BJP MP said that no one can stop Akhilesh Yadav from dreaming. Becoming the Chief Minister of any party other than NDA in UP is a dream and will remain a dream.
