Thalapathy Vijay bomb threat: Well-known actor-leader of Tamil Nadu politics and film industry, Thalapathy Vijay has received a bomb threat, after which there has been a stir. According to the information, an unknown person called the Chennai Police on the emergency number 100 in the morning and informed that a bomb had been planted in Vijay’s house in Neelangarai. As soon as the call was received, the police and bomb squad reached the spot and started a complete investigation of the house.
After a lot of effort, the relief news came that no explosive material was found at Vijay’s residence. Police said the threatening call was made from Kanyakumari district, and they have now launched an investigation into the caller. At present, tight security has been increased in and around Vijay’s house.
Continuous threats after the brutal stampede
Recently, a massive stampede broke out during a political rally of Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) in Karur, in which about 41 people died and many were injured. TVK party reached Supreme Court
Meanwhile, Vijay’s party TVK (Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam) has challenged the Madras High Court order to investigate the Karur accident by a SIT led by a state police officer. The party has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding an independent investigation.
