Mumbai, May 7 (IANS). On the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde paid tribute to the courage and valor of the Indian Armed Forces. Deputy CM said that this campaign still creates fear in the hearts of Pakistan. Describing it as India’s decisive action against terrorism, he described it as a strong example of the country’s security policy.
In a post on social media platform Under this, the Indian Armed Forces taught a strong lesson to the terrorists by completely destroying the terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and PoK.”
He further said, “After this historic action, the Shiv Sena-Mahayuti government sent delegations across the world to support India. In this, Shiv Sena MPs Dr. Shrikant Shinde and Milind Deora took direct participation in creating an atmosphere of solidarity against terrorism at the international level. Terrorists will no longer find shelter anywhere, this message was conveyed to the whole world through Operation Sindoor. Bharat Mata ki Jai. Jai Hind.”
Earlier, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis wrote in X Post, “Operation Sindoor: India’s Resolve Against Terrorism. A year ago, when the pain of Pahalgam shocked the entire nation, India responded with courage and unwavering resolve. Through ‘Operation Sindoor’, our gallant armed forces responded with unparalleled bravery and precision under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. In just 22 minutes, 9 terrorists were killed. The bases were destroyed and India sent a clear message to the world that every attack on our nation will be responded to with full force and determination.”
He further said, “Operation Sindoor was not just a military operation, but it was a reflection of India’s unity, courage and its unwavering dedication to national security. The courage and sacrifice of our armed forces will always remain a source of pride and inspiration for every Indian. Jai Hind.”
