Gopalganj, 28 September (IANS). Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has attacked RJD. On forming a government with RJD first twice, Nitish Kumar said that we had made a mistake at that time. Now we will not do it here and there.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday launched several development projects worth Rs 1566 crore in Gopalganj district. He laid the foundation stone of 124 schemes at a cost of Rs 1295 crore, while inaugurated 61 schemes at a cost of Rs 289 crore.
He attacked the RJD and said, “There was nothing before, things were wrong. So remember it. First work was being done here and there, and now they are doing some things in many places. You know that there was a mistake, some people took some things lightly for one and a half years, two times. Later I removed them both times. After that, I said that I will not have any time from the beginning.”
CM Nitish Kumar while addressing the public meeting said that before 2005, Bihar’s situation was very bad. People were afraid to leave the house in the evening, but in the last 20 years, Bihar has touched new heights of development.
He informed that more than 5 lakh teachers have been appointed in the field of education so far. Many new medical colleges were opened in the health sector. Giving relief to the general public, electricity up to 125 units was free. At the same time, the government also emphasized on increasing old age pension and giving employment to women.
The Chief Minister said that the number of women in Bihar Police is not in any state of India. He said, “Our government has worked equally for both Hindu and Muslim communities. When the cemetery was siege for the Muslim community, the boundary of temples was also built. Earlier there was politics in the name of Hindu-Muslim, but now everything is over.”
The Chief Minister also appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his speech and said that the Prime Minister is helping a lot in the development of Bihar.
