Panchkula, June 15 (IANS). Newly appointed chairperson of Haryana Women Commission, Usha Priyadarshini, assumed charge on Monday. He said that I have been entrusted with a very important and sensitive responsibility. I assure the women of the state that they will definitely get justice. No politics will be allowed in any way. The Commission will resolve women’s issues impartially and justice will be ensured.
Speaking to IANS, Haryana State Commission for Women Chairperson Usha Priyadarshini said that this is a very important responsibility. The Commission is a court for women so obviously they will get justice. After reviewing the past work and understanding the situation, we will prepare a complete roadmap in the next few days. Will definitely do justice and will not allow injustice to anyone. There will be no politicization in any matter related to women. Women’s Commission is for all women. It is very important for everyone that work should be done impartially.
Regarding former Commission Chairperson Renu Bhatia, Usha Priyadarshini said that her tenure of 4.5 years was very long. I will also sit and talk with him. I don’t have much detailed information about the controversy because I was not directly involved in this work, so I have only heard about it through the media. However, we stand firmly with justice. We will provide justice to the daughter with whom the accident happened. The accused has been caught, we will work to give him the harshest punishment.
On the other hand, Haryana government minister Ranveer Singh Gangwa said that BJP is a party of workers and Usha Priyadarshini is a very senior and old worker of the party, who has been active in the organization for many years. Today she has taken charge of the Women’s Commission. I congratulate him.
