Chhattisgarh news: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai reached Bhagat Singh Chowk in the capital Raipur on the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh and paid floral tribute to him. He said that Bhagat Singh was the stunning hero of the freedom struggle, whose indomitable courage, unwavering patriotism and sacrifice are still inspiration for the youth of the country.
CM Sai said, “Bhagat Singh’s life teaches us that national interest is paramount and renunciation is true patriotism. Their thoughts still motivate the youth to contribute to nation building.” Many dignitaries including Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra, CGMSC President Deepak Mhaske, Minority Board President Amarjeet Chhabra were present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister, while supporting the ‘Wocal for Local’ campaign, wrote on his official X (East Twitter) account, “Adoption of local is to adopt the nation. By adopting indigenous products, we realize the dreams of a farmer, artisan, laborer or entrepreneur – this is the real nation.”
Swadeshi’s dream will come true from house to house
He wrote in another post that while participating in the ‘self-sufficient Bharat Abhiyan’ of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday, he filled the indigenous resolution letter and said, “When every family adopts Swadeshi, only then the resolve of ‘every house indigenous, house-to-house Swadeshi’ will be realized.”
