Bihar Election 2025: As Bihar Assembly elections 2025 are coming closer, the politics of the state is heating up. But meanwhile, a new controversy arose in the political environment when BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya made serious allegations against Tejashwi Yadav and his party Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). He claimed that those who talk day and night about “saving the Constitution” are now plotting “to change the Constitution”.
Amit Malviya’s allegation – “Conspiracy to change the Constitution”
Amit Malviya shared a video on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). In this video, RJD MLC Qari Shoaib is seen saying in a public meeting that if the grand alliance government is formed, “the Waqf law will be torn and thrown away.” On the basis of this statement, Malviya made a scathing attack on RJD and wrote that these are the same people who talk day and night about protecting the Constitution, but are preparing to change it as soon as they come to power. He said that such people are conspiring to grab the land and rights of Dalits, backward people and tribals.
“Tejashwi and Rahul should answer” – BJP
In his ex-post, Amit Malviya directly targeted both Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav. He wrote, “Those who call themselves protectors of the Constitution, will they allow people like Qari Shoaib to take over the land and reservation of poor and deprived Hindus?” This question of Malviya has created a stir in political circles. BJP says that such statements of RJD leaders reveal their real thinking, which is against the Constitution and the spirit of social justice.

In the viral video, RJD MLC Qari Shoaib is seen appealing to his supporters that a grand alliance government will have to be brought in Bihar. He said that when our government is formed, we will “treat those who supported the Waqf Bill.” His statement is being considered as a direct target on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
