CM Dhami Inaugurates ₹76.78 Crore Projects, Reviews Jageshwar Dham Masterplan | Uttarakhand News: CM Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 06 schemes worth Rs 76.78 crore. News Track in Hindi

Uttarakhand News: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami today reached the famous pilgrimage site Jageshwar Dham and offered prayers and wished for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the state. On this occasion, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 06 development schemes constructed and approved at a cost of Rs 76.78 crore. The schemes inaugurated include improvement of Danya to Ara Salpad motor road, improvement of Chaikhan to Thuasimal motor road, and construction of 33/11 KV sub-station at Satyo.

In the same sequence, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of the construction work of non-residential buildings in Government Polytechnic Salt and Danya and the construction work of mechanical building in Government Polytechnic Dwarahat. Chief Minister Shri Dhami took a walking tour and inspection of the Jageshwar Dham complex and did a detailed review of the Jageshwar Dham Masterplan. He instructed the officers that all the work should be completed within the stipulated time and in a quality manner. The Chief Minister said that Jageshwar is the center of our faith and belief, all concerned departments should work with complete coordination to give it a divine and grand form.

The Chief Minister said that in view of the increasing number of devotees, it is necessary to strengthen the basic infrastructure of the Dham. He instructed the District Magistrate to ensure regular monitoring of the works and complete them within the stipulated timeline. Also, regular monitoring of the condition of roads should be ensured. He said that Vriddha Jageshwar should also be developed along with Jageshwar Dham, because the mythological, cultural and religious importance of both the places is very deep.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is that Jageshwar Dham should achieve global recognition not only from the spiritual point of view, but also from the tourism and cultural point of view. The overall development of Jageshwar Dham will also bring new opportunities for employment and economic empowerment for the local people. District Magistrate Anshul Singh and other district administration officials were present during the program.
