Chhattisgarh News: A wonderful and heart-winning news has emerged from Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur regarding good governance and prompt resolution of public problems. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai on Monday made a surprise inspection of the main center of the state government’s ambitious ‘Chief Minister Helpline and Complaint Management System 1076’. During this, the Chief Minister himself, like a common citizen, deeply understood the entire functioning of the helpline centre. He warned the officials in clear words that no problem of the public should be left pending and better government services should be provided to every citizen within the time limit.

The Chief Minister himself listened to Poonaram’s problems on the phone.

During the surprise inspection of the helpline centre, an emotional and shocking moment occurred which shocked everyone present there. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai himself suddenly put on headphones and dialed the number directly to Poonaram Thackeray, a local resident of Raipur who had lodged a complaint on the helpline. Poonaram was surprised on hearing the voice of the Chief Minister. He told the CM in detail about the serious problem related to his income certificate. The Chief Minister listened to him very sensitively and assured him that the administration would solve his problem very soon.

Army of 8 thousand officers will settle complaints

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that this digital helpline system will become the strongest and transparent means to completely bridge the gap between the Government of Chhattisgarh and the people of Chhattisgarh. More than twelve hundred small and big complaint categories from different departments have been included within this hi-tech system. Moreover, around eight thousand government officials at various levels of the state have been directly connected to this technological system. If any officer does not do the work within the stipulated time, the complaint will automatically be transferred to the senior officer, due to which there will be no negligence in work.

Local youth got a big employment opportunity

Another most beautiful aspect of this excellent government system is that it has provided new employment opportunities to the local youth of the state on a large scale. The Chief Minister talked to the youth working at the center and encouraged them and said that this will improve the quality of service and the youth will also get work. During this special inspection, along with the Chief Minister, Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma and Food Minister Dayal Das Baghel and many other senior ministers were also present, who highly appreciated this entire modern system.
