Chhattisgarh: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai on Monday inaugurated the new gate of the State Hangar at Raipur’s Swami Vivekananda Airport. On this occasion, the Chief Minister informed that he will leave for Gujarat, where he will participate in many programs. Speaking to the media in Raipur, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said, “The 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Patel is going on. This year is being celebrated as ‘Bharat Parv’ in Gujarat. Today is the day fixed for Chhattisgarh at the ‘Statue of Unity’ in Gujarat. We are going there.”
He said that a Chhattisgarh pavilion has also been set up to showcase the culture and traditions of the state. There will also be a cultural program representing Chhattisgarh, as well as an exhibition of handicrafts, textiles and specialties from the state. Giving information about the programs during his visit to Gujarat, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said, “There is an Investor Connect event in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. There will be a meeting with the industrialists there and the new industrial policy of Chhattisgarh will be placed before them. We will invite them to invest in Chhattisgarh.”
Apart from this, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will also meet the state Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel during his visit to Gujarat. Earlier, Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar visited the ‘Statue of Unity’ located in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat. On Sunday, Governor Santosh Gangwar paid floral tributes to the world’s tallest statue of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and paid tribute to his unique determination of nation building, unity and integrity.
A 15-day ‘Bharat Parv’ is being celebrated on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel ji in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat. Chhattisgarh’s tableau was also taken out in the Unity Parade on 31st October, the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel, which was based on the theme ‘Land of Bastar: Story of Culture, Creation and Progress’. This tableau had captivated everyone’s mind. The tableau told the story of the new Bastar, where there is a beautiful confluence of tradition, nature and progress. Today Bastar has become a symbol of India’s new faith, new energy and new era.
