Mahtari sadan bhavan update: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai inaugurated the Mahtari Sadan Bhavan today. CM Sai was on a visit to village Kareli Badi of Magarlod development block of Dhamtari district today. Where he inaugurated 51 Mahtari Sadan buildings. During this, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Revenue, District In -charge Minister Tankaram Verma, Lok Sabha MP Roopkumari Chaudhary Regional MLA Ajay Chandrakar and public representatives and dignitaries were present. Built at a cost of 2.10 crores, these buildings will become new centers of respect and self-reliance for women and will give new identity to the power and ability of mothers and sisters. The Chief Minister also handed over the transfer certificate of the Mahtari Sadan to the women’s group members of Aastha Mahila Sankal organization Kareli Badi. The Chief Minister also planted the campus of the campus Maulashree. Sai said that this Mahtari Sadan will be the new center of power, honor and self-reliance of mothers and sisters. Mahtari Sadan will open the doors of education, skill and entrepreneurship. He said that economic activities will be encouraged by adding women self-help groups in these houses. Many programs like sewing, embroidery, weaving, handicrafts, agricultural-based training and digital literacy for mothers and sisters will be conducted from here.
