Betul Violence: Communal tension spread after two bikes collided in Multai police station area of Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. After this incident, there was heavy stone pelting between the two communities, due to which the atmosphere worsened further. After the violence, people of Hindu organizations united and raised the demand for bulldozer action against the accused on the lines of Yogi government. The shocking thing was that the members of the Hindu organization warned the administration and said that if the administration itself does not take action, then they are ready to run the bulldozer themselves.
The Hindu organization accused the Muslim community of raising some objectionable slogans. There was huge anger among the people of the organization regarding these slogans. However, the police took immediate action and arrested five youths and suspended two sub-inspectors. Apart from this, Hindutva organizations made even more serious allegations against the Muslim society. He said that due to Jihadi mentality, some Muslim people do not allow Hindu women to go out in the open and incidents of molestation happen with them. Besides, he was also accused of using objectionable words for Hindu women in the market. Hindu organizations also said that some people from the Muslim community deliberately disrupt Hindu festivals, thereby increasing tension in the society. However, the police took strict action in this matter and tried to control the situation.
Hinduist organization: ‘People with terrorist mentality are spreading’
