Jharkhand CM: The corruption and slow functioning of the government departments of Jharkhand has affected the general public to such an extent that people have to wander for months even for the basic documents of their children. A very painful and recent case of this helplessness of the system has come to light from Littipara in Pakur district. Here, a worried parent is completely tired of making rounds of the block office for the last 3 months to get the birth certificate made for enrolling his innocent child in school. After the video of this helplessness went viral on social media, Chief Minister Hemant Soren took cognizance of the matter and ordered the Deputy Commissioner of Pakur to immediately investigate and take strict action.
The helpless villager fell at Babu’s feet.
This touching incident took place in Littipara Jamjori Panchayat of Pakur district. Dinesh Tudu, a resident of this place, was continuously searching the offices for the last 3 months to get the birth certificate of his nephew. Frustrated over not getting justice at the doorstep of the government office, Dinesh finally cried in front of the Panchayat servant and started holding his feet and pleading for help. In a democracy, a common citizen is being forced to fulfill his basic needs to such an extent that the Chief Minister has asked the district administration to investigate with complete impartiality.

Taken to the chamber and assured of action
In this video which is spreading rapidly on the internet, it can be clearly seen that a helpless person is going inside the block office and falling at the feet of a government employee. However, our channel does not confirm the authenticity of this viral video. It is also visible in the video that the government official is trying to control the person after holding his leg. The employee pacified Dinesh and took him inside his chamber and talked to him and also assured him that his problem would be resolved soon.
Raising expenses for studies by selling goats
Dinesh Tudu, who was devastated by not getting the certificate, tearfully narrated his ordeal to the employee. Dinesh told that he has invested his life’s savings to send his child to a good school. He is meeting the expenses of his child’s education by selling his goats. Expressing his pain, Dinesh said that if the birth certificate is not made on time, the child will not be able to be registered in school and his entire future will be ruined.
Public anger erupted against the system
As soon as the information about this inhuman incident came on the internet, social media users vented their anger on the administrative system of Jharkhand. A user named Arun Bhai wrote that this corrupt system has the biggest role in making common people criminals or rebels. At the same time, a user named Sibanes Kisku demanded that such insensitive officers should be immediately dismissed from their jobs. Another user S. Raj claimed that this is not just a matter of Pakur, but a similar serious problem is seen in almost every block and panchayat office of Jharkhand.
