The court has constituted a fast track court and directed that every possible effort should be made to dispose of these cases within three months from the date of filing of the charge sheet.

Madhya Pradesh High Court has constituted four special fast track courts to hear cases of question paper leaks and irregularities related to competitive examinations. The court has directed that every possible effort should be made to dispose of these cases within three months from the date of filing of the charge sheet.

Acting Chief Justice Vivek Rusia, in an order issued on Friday night, notified the District and Additional Sessions Courts of four districts as fast track courts for trial under the ‘Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024’ and offenses related thereto.
