The case is of Malbigha village in Fatuha police station area, where the argument between two cousins increased so much that one shot and killed the other late on Sunday night. There was a stir in the village after the murder. Angry relatives and local people caught the accused youth and beat him badly. The police had to reach the spot as soon as the information was received and the situation was taken under control. People say that the quarrel over a minor thing would increase so much, no one expected it. Police have sent the body for postmortem and is investigating the entire case.
Brother murdered by pistol
A shocking incident occurred late on Sunday night in Mal Bigha village of Fatuha police station area of Patna. It is said that Dheeraj Kumar’s dog started barking loudly after seeing his neighbor and cousin Pappu Kumar. There was an argument between the two brothers about this. The controversy increased so much that in anger Pappu took out the pistol and fired on Dheeraj. As soon as the bullet was shot, Dheeraj fell on the spot and was seriously injured. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment, but there was a doctors declared him dead. Tension spread in the village after the incident. The police is currently investigating the entire case.
Killer Pappu beaten badly
After the murder of the young man, family members and villagers caught the accused Pappu and beat him badly, causing him to be seriously injured and fainted. This scene of beating happened in front of the police. Fatuha police took both the injured to the hospital as soon as the incident was received. Doctors at the hospital declared Dheeraj Kumar dead. At the same time, Pappu was sent to PMCH Hospital in Patna in critical condition. When the police were taking him to an ambulance, the family of the deceased tried to stop the ambulance, causing an uproar in the hospital premises.

Fatuha SDPO Awadhesh Kumar said that there were both reasons behind the incident and mutual disputes behind the incident. According to the information, Pappu Kumar came home in a state of intoxication. Meanwhile, the dog of neighbor and cousin Dheeraj Kumar started barking after seeing him. Dheeraj and his brothers got into a fight with Pappu about this small matter. As the debate increased, Dheeraj and his two-three brothers together beat up Pappu. After this, Pappu angrily went home and came back with a pistol. He shot at Dheeraj, which made his condition serious on the spot. Dheeraj died while being taken to the hospital. After the incident, Dheeraj’s family became uncontrollable and he grabbed Pappu and beat him badly. Pappu was seriously injured in beating. He is currently admitted to PMCH for treatment. Police said that the entire case is being investigated and further action will be taken.
