Uttarakhand Silver Jubilee: Uttarakhand, which was carved out of Uttar Pradesh on 9 November 2000, has today completed 25 years of its establishment. There is an atmosphere of joy in the entire state on this special occasion. On the silver jubilee year of Devbhoomi, many prominent leaders of the country including Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the people of Uttarakhand and expressed good wishes for the progress of the state.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on the social media platform PM Modi further said that he wishes happiness, prosperity and good health to the humble, hardworking and godlike people of the state. The Prime Minister will also attend the main event organized in Dehradun today, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several projects including education, irrigation and sports. On the same occasion, he will also release a commemorative postage stamp on the Silver Jubilee of Uttarakhand.
