Uttarakhand News: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami today participated in the swearing-in ceremony of Uttarakhand Secretariat Association and administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected executive officials. Addressing the function, the Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand Secretariat is not just a building, but is the soul of the state’s governance and the main center of public trust. It is from here that policies are formulated, public welfare schemes get direction and the outline for the development of the state is prepared.

The Chief Minister said that every officer and employee working in the Secretariat is an important partner in building a developed Uttarakhand. The role of the Secretariat family is very important in implementing the policies and schemes made by the government on the ground and reaching them to the last mile.

He said that the officers and employees of the Secretariat act as a strong bridge of trust between the government and the public. Due to their efficiency, dedication and dedication, the benefits of government schemes reach the common citizens.

The Chief Minister said that since the beginning, the state government has tried to make the governance system more sensitive, transparent and public welfare. In this sequence, by establishing continuous communication with various employee organizations, work has been done towards solutions by taking their problems and suggestions seriously.

He said that a strong, motivated and satisfied employee system is the biggest strength of good governance. When the government and employees work with team spirit, development work gains momentum and public confidence in the governance system becomes stronger.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is continuously working to strengthen good governance, transparency and accountability. Several steps have been taken to simplify administrative processes, promote technology-based services and strengthen e-governance.

He said that the aim of the government is to provide timely, transparent and quality services to the common citizens. The role of the Secretariat family is very important in achieving this goal.
