UKSSSC Paper Leak: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has made a big statement about the complaint of alleged paper leaks from a center of the recently held State Subordinate Services Selection Examination (UKSSSC). The Chief Minister has said that a conspiracy is being hatched to spread chaos and unrest in the state under the guise of this matter.
Some elements are unhappy with transparency: CM Dhami
In a public statement on Thursday, Chief Minister Dhami said that some people are unhappy with the transparency brought by the state government in the selection process of government jobs. He alleged that such ‘anti-government elements’ are trying to spread public alert in the state.
The Chief Minister said, “Some anti-government hands in the state are unhappy with the reforms of the anti-copy law brought by our government. Efforts are being made to create public work against the government.” He clarified that the recent attempt to leak the question paper in the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) examination was unsuccessful.
He said, “Now the conspirators are trying to spread chaos on the basis of a complaint from only one center of the UKSSSC exam.” The Chief Minister strongly stated that a strict law is already applicable to deal with paper leak cases, and strict action will be taken against the culprits in the ongoing investigation of the SIT constituted by the state government.
Report and bulldozer action in a month
Chief Minister Dhami assured that after the investigation report is submitted to the government within a month, decisive action will be taken against all the accused and arrested persons. He said that “anti -government people are leaking papers of competitive examinations in a planned manner and are plotting to push the future of the youth into darkness by blaming the government. However, no one will be spared in this case.”
Meanwhile, Haridwar district administration ran a bulldozer at the house of Khalid, the main accused in the UKSSSC examination paper leak case. A team of Haridwar Development Authority, district administration and police reached Khalid’s house with JCB and demolished a part of his house when illegal construction was found. This action was taken after the district administration issued a formal brief notice to Khalid’s family.
