Uttarakhand: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami bowed down today on 25 September 2025 i.e. Thursday, garlanding his statue located in Deendayal Park, Dehradun on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. CM Dhami said that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay dedicated his life for the upliftment of the disadvantaged, poor and backward classes of the society. His teachings and ideals are still a source of inspiration for us.

CM Dhami described the ideas of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and the resolution of Antyodaya as the inspiration for the development policy of the state. He said that the state government is continuously working in the way of reaching the last person of the society to the last person of the society.
CM Dhami then paid homage to the portrait of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay at the Chief Minister’s residence and remembered him. During this time, the National General Secretary Organization of Bharatiya Janata Party B.L. Santosh, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt, MLA Khajan Das and other public representatives were present.
