New Delhi, June 30 (IANS). 85 percent of consumers in India have expressed strong trust in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and are excited about its role in shaping the future. At the same time, 94 percent people believe that technology has made their lives better than before. This information was released by Assurant Inc. on Tuesday. Came out in a report.
According to this report, India has scored 74 points in the Technology Sentiment Index, which is much higher than the global average. This shows that Indian consumers have strong confidence in new technologies and are fully prepared to embrace the next generation of digital experiences.
The report said Indian consumers are now ready to increasingly adopt AI-enabled devices that help them increase productivity, communicate better and make everyday tasks more convenient.
According to the report, smartphones, computers and other connected devices have now become an important part of daily needs like work, entertainment, communication and financial transactions. In such a situation, consumers expect to get smooth and reliable digital experience without any interruption at all times.
Federico Bunge, President of Assurant International, said that connected technology is becoming an increasingly important part of people’s daily lives around the world. The most important thing now is that the technology experience adapts to people’s individual needs, so that innovation is accompanied by simplicity, trust and reliability.
He said this change is happening at a rapid pace in India, where digitally aware consumers are rapidly adopting AI-based innovations and want seamless experiences that integrate seamlessly into their daily lives.
The report also said that when technical issues like connectivity or storage arise, they affect people’s daily routine. In such a situation, reliable performance of the device and timely technical support becomes extremely important for the consumers.
According to the report, device protection plans are now becoming an important means of increasing consumer trust and strengthening the brand value of companies. 97 percent of consumers in India said that they would be more willing to buy a new device and take a protection plan with it if they get customizable protection plans as per their needs.
