Recently, the death of teenager Emuri Les (17) was also reported. It is alleged that the teenager had asked ChatGPT how he could hang himself and for how long he could hold his breath. A 23-year-old student in Texas kept a gun, a suicide note and some items in his car. After this he talked with ChatGPT for four hours. The lawyer reported that the chatbot reassured him, saying, “I love you, King,” and “You’re right.” Then he committed suicide.

A special mode for teenagers is coming

The company is working on improvements in response to serious suicide allegations. In the coming days, it will introduce features like parental controls to help teenagers. It is also working on an emergency number. However, no timeline for their launch has been revealed yet.
