As of 1:45 pm on Wednesday, 371 complaints were registered on the Downdetector website, most of which were related to issues with mobile networks and Jio Fiber. As a result, many users are facing problems with their mobile connections and internet service.
According to Downdetector, 42% of the total complaints involved mobile connectivity issues, while 32% reported no network signal. Additionally, 26% reported issues with Jio Fiber service. These figures show that Jio’s network has been completely affected and there are problems in mobile and broadband connections.

Many users have taken to social media platforms like Twitter and X to complain about their problems. One user wrote that he works in the technology sector and stable connectivity is very important for him, but Jio’s network disappears as soon as there is a power failure. Maintaining connectivity is extremely important for users staying at home during the festive season, and they have appealed to Jio to resolve the issue soon.
