Fire resistant fibers like Nomax and Kevlar are used in it, which have the ability to tolerate high temperatures and do not burn easily.
Apart from this, the layers inside the space suit work to control body temperature and maintain pressure. The external pressure in space is almost zero, so there is a special pressure system inside the suit that keeps the body safe.
Materials like polyethylene are also used in space suits, which helps in protecting from radiation. Whereas Mylar and other insulating layers work to keep the temperature balanced.
