एआई युग में भारत की आईटी सर्विस कंपनियों के राजस्व में 6 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि होगी : रिपोर्ट

New Delhi, 17 September (IANS). The revenue of Indian IT service companies is expected to increase by 5-6 percent in FY 27, which means that the amount of work can increase by 8-10 percent. This information was given in a report on Wednesday.

The report of HSBC Global Investment Research said that India’s IT companies are ready to benefit from the US strong comprehensive economic background, as their top American clients have recorded one of their strongest quarters over the years.

Analysts of the research firm hope that this speed will increase corporate confidence and promote high technology expenses by 2025.

The report states that AI agents are developing in the multi-agent system, promoting the enging of enterprise software architecture and infrastructure. This change can create new opportunities for Indian IT firms.

In addition, the report cited industry estimates, which suggest that AI can reduce the price of IT services by 8–10 percent in the next three to four years when the contract is renewed, which means that in 2025–27 its annual effect can be 3-4 percent.

However, Indian IT companies said that they have so far compensated by increasing the number of projects received from customers and hence the total revenue continues to increase.

HSBC said, “We believe in 2026 there will be a tussle between this defamping effect and widely favorable conditions.”

The company dismisses concerns on the agent AI or advanced multi-agent system, which could potentially eliminate the software industry and affect IT service over the long term.

India’s largest IT service company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the salary amendment of about 80 percent of its employees in August. This step has been taken at a time when the company is preparing to pruning about 12,000 employees, ie 2 percent of its workforce in 2025.
