सवाल-जवाब छोड़िये अब UPI पेमेंट भी करेगा Chatgpt! NPCI ने पूरी कर ली तैयारी, जानिए कैसे होगा इस्तेमाल

You no longer need apps like Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm to make UPI payments. Now you can make UPI payments through ChatGPT. Reserve Bank of India and NPCI have made preparations for this. Soon, shopkeepers and merchants will be able to accept UPI payments through ChatGPT. NPCI has partnered with Razorpay and OpenAI for this.

UPI payment through ChatGPT
The move by ChatGPT comes after Google and Perplexity announced their AI-powered payment system. Razorpay has confirmed that the feature is currently being tested privately. The feature, which allows UPI payments through an AI agent, is currently in the beta stage. This feature will allow payments without leaving ChatGPT, making transactions easier.

According to a Reuters report, this feature is currently being tested. It will check how secure and user-friendly UPI payments are using AI tools like ChatGPT. The feature will be based on UPI’s recently introduced Reserve Pay feature, which allows users to reserve a portion of their funds for dedicated merchants.

Airtel Payments Bank and Axis Bank will be the banking partners of this pilot project of RoRPay. Tata Group’s Big Basket and telecom operator Vodafone Idea will be the first platforms to facilitate UPI payments through ChatGPT. Harshil Mathur, co-founder of Raorpay, said testing of the new agentic AI payment system was recently completed and will be integrated into AI tools like ChatGPT in the coming weeks.

biometric payment facility
NPCI has announced a biometric feature for UPI users. Additionally, users will now be able to make UPI payments using their smartglasses. Both features are designed to make UPI even easier for users. This facility of NPCI will soon be available in apps like Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm. Users will be able to use their face or fingerprint instead of a PIN to make payments.
