Samsung recently teased major AI, performance, and camera upgrades for the upcoming Galaxy S26 series during its Q3 2025 earnings call. Now, a tipster has leaked the full specifications of these flagship smartphones. The entire Galaxy S26 series, especially the Ultra models, may feature larger camera sensors. These may include Samsung’s new M14 OLED panel with Quad HD resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S26 series leaked specifications
Tipster Alchemist Leaks has shared the specifications of the Galaxy S26 series in a Telegram post. The flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a 6.9-inch Quad HD OLED screen. It may feature an M14 OLED panel and is expected to come with AI-based privacy-screen features.
For photography, Samsung may bring upgraded sensors in all models. The Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a quad-camera setup, which includes an upgraded 200-megapixel main sensor, an upgraded ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 5X optical zoom. The fourth camera could be a 12-megapixel 1/2.55-inch 3X lens or a 50-megapixel 3X lens. According to the tipster, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be powered by the Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, depending on the region. It may also have S Pen support. This model can come with a 5,400mAh battery.
The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ may feature 6.3-inch and 6.7-inch Quad HD M14 OLED screens, respectively. Both phones are expected to have a triple rear camera setup, which may include a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch or 1/1.56-inch main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel 3X telephoto camera. Like the Ultra models, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ may also have an Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, depending on the region. The tipster claims that the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ will pack a 4,300mAh and 4,900mAh battery, respectively.
Samsung has reportedly canceled development of the Galaxy S26 Edge, but a new model, which will be even thinner than the Edge lineup, is reportedly in development. The phone is expected to feature a 6.6-inch Quad HD M14 OLED screen, which will be positioned between the standard and Plus models. For photography, it may have a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. It may be powered by Exynos 2600 chipset and house a 4,300mAh battery.
