Two students from Jaipur launch AI platform for defense families

Jaipur, April 10 (IANS). In a significant initiative towards strengthening the welfare of military families, two Class 12 students from Jaipur launched an AI based platform. Minister of State Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore was also present on this occasion.

Developed by Kanishk Rungta and Krisha Rungta, this platform has been designed to provide easy access to information about government schemes to ex-servicemen, families of martyrs, widows and dependents. This app provides users access to relevant schemes and application links in a simple manner based on their inputs.

Within a short time of its launch, the platform has received a good response and more than 2,000 families have benefited from it.

Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore lauded the initiative, saying that the platform meets a genuine need and reflects the effective use of technology in public service. He described this digital platform named ‘Veer Sahara’ as an innovative and practical solution for the military welfare system, which can also have a wider social impact.

He said, “This is a commendable initiative by young students who have used technology with sensitivity and purpose. ‘Veer Sahara’ is easy to use and meets the need of the hour. This will help defense families access schemes and benefits with dignity and transparency.”

The Minister suggested that this model could be adopted in other areas of governance also. He said that a similar platform can be developed in the Industries and Commerce Department of Rajasthan Government, so that citizens, entrepreneurs and businesses can get easy access to government schemes and policies.

Kanishk Rungta said that the idea of this platform is inspired by the difficulties that beneficiaries face due to complex processes. “Veer Sahara is our endeavor to make access to welfare schemes simple and understandable,” he said.

Krisha Rungta said, “This platform is not just technology, but an effort to create a respectable and accessible system for those families who have given a lot to the country.”

The ‘Veer Sahara’ platform aims to ease access to schemes for defense families by reducing complexity, increasing awareness and reducing dependency on middlemen.
