Garmin has launched its new premium smartwatch, the Garmin Venu X1, in India. This smartwatch comes with a 2-inch AMOLED display, 8 days of battery life and more than 100 preloaded sports modes. It has advanced health monitoring features like HRV, SpO2 and sleep tracking. It is the company’s most premium fitness-focused smartwatch model yet, targeted at high-end users in terms of both design and performance.

Great display and premium design
The Garmin Venu X1 features a 2-inch (448×486 pixels) AMOLED touchscreen display that supports always-on mode. It measures 8 mm thick and has a sapphire lens and titanium caseback. The smartwatch has a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing users to make and receive calls directly from the watch. With voice command support, various functions can be controlled with hands.
Fitness, health and smart features
The Garmin Venu X1 is designed for fitness and health tracking. It has features like Garmin Elevate heart rate monitor, Pulse Ox SpO2 tracker, stress tracking, sleep analysis and body battery energy monitoring. The watch comes pre-installed with over 100 sports apps, including modes for running, cycling, golf and strength training. It also supports Garmin Coach plans so users can train according to their fitness goals. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ANT+, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou. This watch also has features like 32GB storage, Garmin Pay, Spotify, Deezer and Amazon Music integration and 5 ATM water resistance.
Battery backup and app support
According to Garmin, the Venu X1 can last up to 8 days in smartwatch mode, up to 11 days in GPS-only mode, and about 16 hours in GNSS mode. It works with the Garmin Connect app, allowing users to track their health and fitness data, download workouts, and create custom exercise routines.
