New Delhi. Alan Musk has given gifts to his social media platform X (X) India users. The X has made its premium subscription cheaper. Musk’s company has cut the subscription charge by up to 47 per cent as compared to earlier. Now social media users in India will be able to take a premium basic plan of X by spending just Rs 170 a month. This is the first time X has reduced the price of its subscription plan. Prior to this, the premium plus plan has been made expensive by X.
The number of subscribers in India may increase in India after the X reduces the premium subscription rate, which will lead to the growth of the company. Different fees have been kept for web and mobile plan by the company.
New prices of plan for web users-
Basic Plan- For this, users will have to spend Rs 170 per month or Rs 1,700 per year. Earlier this plan was available at Rs 244 per month or Rs 2,591 per year.
Premium plan- This plan can be subscribed by spending Rs 427 per month or Rs 4,272 per year. For this plan, users first used to spend Rs 650 a month or Rs 6,800 year.
Premium Plus Plan- This is the most expensive plan. Its charge is Rs 2,570 monthly or Rs 26,400 per annum. Earlier, this plan used to get subscription at Rs 3,470 per month or Rs 34,340 per year.
New prices of plan for mobile users-
Basic Plan- Like web users, the price of the basic plan has been kept at Rs 170 per month for mobile users.
Premium plan- Mobile users will be able to take a premium plan by spending Rs 470 a month, earlier it had to spend 900 rupees.
Premium Plus Plan- The price of this plan has now been made to Rs 3,000, which used to be Rs 5,130 earlier.
