All is not well in the Congress party in Rajasthan. Somewhere the party is getting weak due to resentment and factionalism. After being removed from the post from the minister, the hands of former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot have been vacant for the last two years. Despite being in the government, the discord in the Congress clan has drawn lines of concern on the foreheads of the party workers and leaders. Sachin Pilot not getting any post Mission may fuel factionalism before 2023. It is believed that if Sachin Pilot does not come to any post, then it will not be easy to stop the factionalism.
3 ministers including Pilot were sacked in 2020
On 14 July 2020, 3 ministers, including Sachin Pilot, Ramesh Meena and Vishvendra Singh were sacked from the post of minister for revolting against the Gehlot government. Since then the pilot’s hand is empty. However, during this time there was a reconciliation in Gehlot and the pilot camp. The Congress party high command also made the pro-Pilot MLAs ministers. Supporters were also given bumper political appointments but Pilot’s hands remained empty.
Pressure to adjust on Congress high command
It is noteworthy that Sachin Pilot has held some position after joining politics. In the year 2004, Sachin Pilot became an MP from Dausa for the first time. After this, becoming an MP from Ajmer, Manmohan Singh became a minister in the government. But after opening a front against CM Gehlot in the year 2020, he had to lose the post of state president and deputy chief minister. After reconciliation between Gehlot and Pilot camp, it was expected that the Congress high command would adjust Sachin Pilot. Recently, there was talk of making Pilot the national president of the Congress due to the dismal performance of the Congress in five states. Suspended party spokesperson Sanjay Jha made this demand. This time Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnan tried to create an atmosphere in favor of Payalya.
Gahlot’s ministers’ rhetoric brought disrepute to the government
Elections are to be held in Rajasthan in the year 2023. But all is not well in the organization and the government. Due to the rhetoric of Congress MLAs, the morale of the loyal workers of the party is falling. Congress MLAs Divya Maderna, Amin Khan and Ram Narayan Meena have openly targeted the government and the organization. Congress MLA from Osian, Jodhpur, Divya Maderna told Water Supply Minister Mahesh Joshi as a rubber stamp. Whereas MLA Amin Khan accused the Congress of ignoring Muslims. Senior MLA Ram Narayan Meena accused Speaker CP Joshi of suppressing his voice. The ministers of CM Gehlot are also engaged in bringing disgrace to the government. UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal targeted the minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas and said that some people are suffering from stomach ache. They are unable to digest the development of quota. In the recent cabinet meeting, ministers Lalchand Kataria and Pratap Singh Khachariwa raised questions on Dhariwal’s arbitrariness. These ministers were accused of cutting the money for the development of other cities and taking them to Kota.
