Bijnor: A shocking case has come to light in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, where a stray dog ran away from the bike of a medical store operator carrying a bag containing Rs 1 lakh. The entire incident was captured in a nearby CCTV camera, the video of which is now going viral on social media. It is clearly visible in the footage that the dog is seen running away after taking out a black foil from the bag of the bike.
According to the information, Nawab, a resident of Bulla intersection of the city, runs a medical store of medicines for animals. On Saturday afternoon he had reached the Fort Mosque located in Shambha Bazaar to offer namaz. He had parked his bike in a street at some distance from the mosque.
It is being told that he had tied around Rs 1 lakh from the sales of his shop in a black foil and kept it in the bag of his bike. In his haste the Nawab forgot to close the chain of the bag. When he took charge of the bike after returning after offering Namaz, the foil containing the money was missing from the bag. Seeing this the ground slipped beneath his feet.
They immediately started searching around and also interrogated people, but no clue was found. After this, the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby was scrutinized. In the footage, a stray dog is seen coming near the bike. After sniffing for some time, he puts his mouth in the bag, takes out a black foil and runs away from there. It is believed that the dog picked up the foil, mistaking it for food or drink. After the incident, Nawab and the local people searched the area till late night for the dog and the foil filled with money, but without any success. After much searching, the disappointed businessman returned. At present, no written complaint has been given to the police in the matter.
