Government’s stance regarding punishment

The government lawyer has called this case a big betrayal of the country and has demanded death penalty for the two accused. Officials say that the security of the country is paramount and there will be no laxity in it. Expatriates and Indians living in Bahrain have also been advised to follow the rules while using social media and not to make photos or videos of any military base as it could lead to major legal troubles.
