Ukrainian experts have offered to share their special technology and experience with the Gulf countries to deal with drone attacks. President Zelenskyy pointed out that Ukraine is ready to work with the UAE for the long term, including through investment and the creation of modern security systems. Ukraine is also hoping to finalize a 10-year security agreement with the UAE soon.
What was the stance on regional tensions and trade?
During the meeting, the attacks in the area and aggression against civilian targets were strongly condemned. Zelensky spoke against violations of international law and appealed to maintain peace. At the same time, the UAE President made it clear that his country is acting with restraint and wisdom and will make every possible effort to reduce tension.
