After the attack on the Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA) plant in Al Taweelah, UAE, the company has given a big update. This missile and drone attack by Iran has caused heavy damage to many parts of the plant. The company says that it may take about a year for the work to be completely back on track. The staff was evacuated safely during this attack, but some employees suffered minor injuries. This incident may also impact the aluminum market of Gulf countries and the expatriates working there.

Company CEO Abdulnasir bin Kalwan said that he is deeply troubled by this attack on his workforce. However, it is a matter of relief that no employee has suffered fatal injuries.
