Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain and Slovenia have jointly issued a joint statement on the situation in Gaza and the West Bank. All these 6 countries have expressed concern over the current situation and have raised their voice for restoration of peace. In this statement, special emphasis has been laid on humanitarian aid and ceasefire in Gaza.

Adequate and sustainable humanitarian assistance must be allowed into Gaza. It is very important to follow the ceasefire agreement. All provisions of the agreement must be fully implemented. Due to stoppage of help, the problems of the people there are increasing, which will have to be rectified.
Opinion on the actions of the West Bank and Israel
In this joint statement, the activities taking place in the West Bank have also been discussed. This group of 6 countries has made its opinion clear regarding Israel’s steps. According to the statement, the unilateral and illegal actions being taken by Israel in the West Bank should be stopped immediately. These steps are not considered right for the peace process. All the countries have agreed together that the rules must be followed.
