While giving official information, Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Ali Jafarian said that till now at least 1,937 people have lost their lives in this war. The Israeli army has carried out air strikes in many areas of Iran, causing huge losses. Tension has also increased in the Gulf countries as there have been deaths due to debris falling after the missile was stopped near Abu Dhabi.

The list of casualties released by Iran’s Health Ministry includes a large number of civilians. The war has not only resulted in deaths but thousands of people have been injured and admitted to hospitals. According to the latest report the figures are as follows:

However, two people lost their lives and three others were injured due to falling debris. After this incident, Arab countries have criticized Iran.

Iranian Navy Commander Alireza Tangsiri is reported to have been killed in the Israeli attack. Iran is preparing to introduce a law in its parliament that would impose duties on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. Former US President Donald Trump has asked Iran to immediately consider the ceasefire proposal. Iran has currently denied reports of any kind of peace talks.
