A major plane accident occurred on Tuesday evening in Louisville city of Kentucky state of America. A UPS cargo plane with three people on board crashed and exploded at Mohammed Ali International Airport after taking off.
Officials said that at least three people died and 11 were injured in the accident. State Governor Andy Beshear warned that the death toll could rise further.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the accident occurred at 5:15 pm when the plane was flying to Honolulu (Hawaii).
Video footage showed that the plane’s left wing caught fire, and a short time later it crashed with a bang near the runway.
The explosion was so strong that the roofs of nearby buildings were uprooted and dense smoke engulfed the area.

Governor Beshear said: “We ask that all Kentuckians pray that everyone affected by this tragedy remains safe.”
Several teams of fire department and police reached the spot and brought the fire under control.
Due to the strong flames, rescue workers also had to work hiding behind nearby buildings.
