India AI Impact Summit 2026 is being organized from 16 to 20 February at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. On this occasion, there was a special meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The objective of this summit is to make AI technology cheap and accessible to the common people. Representatives of more than 100 countries and heads of big companies like Google and Microsoft participated in it.
What is special for the common people and migrants in the summit?
Along with this summit, AI Impact Expo has been organized in Bharat Mandapam which is completely open to the general public. After the inauguration of the Prime Minister, people can come here and see how AI is helping in farming, health and education. Registration for this has been kept absolutely free and the government has advised to beware of fake websites which are asking for fees.
AI Expo: More than 600 startups and 300 pavilions have been set up in it.
Healthcare: New AI technology has been shown to diagnose diseases which will make treatment cheaper in future.
World Records: India made a record by taking more than 2.5 lakh AI responsibility oath in 24 hours.
Big agreements signed between India and UAE
During the summit, a special agreement was signed between India’s C-DAC and UAE’s G42 Company and MBZUAI. Under this, a supercomputer cluster will be set up in India, which will benefit both the government and private sectors. Besides, both the countries have also joined hands for research on digital health and medicines, which is also good news for Indians living in Gulf countries.
