The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has officially announced that it will host the Artificial Intelligence Summit in 2028. This information was given during the ‘AI Impact Summit 2026’ organized in New Delhi. In addition, in the year 2027, the UAE will co-chair this summit with Switzerland (Swiss Confederation), which will be organized in Geneva. This move strengthens the UAE’s growing influence in the world of technology.

According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the decision was made public during the ongoing conference in New Delhi on 21 February 2026. The summit to be held in 2027 will be held in Geneva, where the UAE and Switzerland will jointly lead it. After this, the entire responsibility for 2028 will be with UAE. The delegation led by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan participated in the conference held from 16 to 20 February in New Delhi.
