World Health Expo started in Dubai from today, 4800 companies from 180 countries arrived, Sheikh Mohammed inaugurated

A huge event in the health sector has started in Dubai today. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today officially opened the World Health Expo (WHX). Which was earlier known as Arab Health, now its new form is in front of the world. The event will start from 9 February and run till 12 February 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Center (DEC).

How big is this event?

Sheikh Mohammed informed that this year the scope of this exhibition is much bigger. About 4800 health institutions and companies from 180 countries around the world are participating in it. The organizers hope that more than 2 lakh 35 thousand medical specialists and visitors will reach here during this period. This number makes it one of the largest medical events in the world. Along with this, WHX Labs is being organized at Dubai World Trade Centre.

What things will be given special attention?

In this expo, new technologies and solutions are being introduced to improve health services. People coming here will get to see new things related to intensive care, medical imaging, digital health, biotechnology and hospital management. Many special medical conferences will also be held during the event, where doctors and experts will present their opinions. Sheikh Mohammed said that Dubai is trying to give something new to the world every day and he is proud of the country’s achievements.
