New Delhi, 5 October (IANS). In the desire to move forward, people have given up a quality life in today’s time. Work pressure, desire to move forward, increasing inflation in the stress of family upbringing, there are many factors that cause constant stress.
This stress weakens the body from inside. In such a situation, the problem of high BP has started harassing people at an early age. In such a situation, some measures to control high BP may come with a change in your lifestyle.
Hypertension acts as a silent killer for the body, which weakens them by showing its effect on the rest of the body. Hypertension can be caused not only by stress but also due to drinking, eating junk food, consuming more salt, kidney problems or also due to heredity.
The hypertension does not stop here, due to its increasing, it can weaken heart disease, brain stroke, kidney disease, and sight, so do not consider it normal at all. It can be controlled to a large extent by changing lifestyle. If someone has a hypertension problem, then do exercise related to breath. Apart from this, keep drinking a lot of water. There is a lot of need to keep the body hydrated. At the same time, when you get time, you can keep the feet immersed in hot water, this keeps the blood flow of the body good and reduces the pressure on the blood arteries.
High BP can also be controlled through some Ayurvedic spices. All these things are present in your kitchen, such as Amla. Amla contains a lot of antioxidants and vitamin C, which strengthen the heart and arteries. Amla should be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning with honey. This will also give relief from stomach related diseases along with high BP.
Fenugreek and celery water also helps in reducing high BP. You can soak fenugreek and celery separately at night and take it in the morning. Avoid taking the two together, but take it on alternative days. In addition, Arjuna’s bark decoction or Giloy decoction also controls high BP. The bark of Arjuna tree has been considered a medicine for problems like heart disease and BP in Ayurveda, although avoid drinking it daily.
Lifestyle changes also control high BP. Do walk for 30 minutes daily. Try to walk on the grass in the park. This gives the body natural air and the body feels refreshed from inside.
