Every disease is cured in foreign medicine system, but it is difficult to challenge 5000 years old Ayurveda, so even after so much development, Ayurveda is still considered reliable. There is a cure for every disease in Ayurveda and if we talk about the problem related to the brain, it has better availability.
In today’s time, problems like weakness in the brain, forgetting things quickly, and fatigue have become common. Ayurveda says that it can be treated with two drugs. These medicines are Brahmi and Shankhapushpi. Brahmi and Shankhapushpi are considered a boon for the brain, both are solutions to every problem.
First let’s talk about Brahmi. The leaves of the Brahmi plant are small and white small flowers also come on it. This plant is cultivated the most in the rainy states of our country. In Ayurveda, this plant has been considered as ‘providing intelligence’.
Consuming it increases memory and also increases concentration. In addition, it reduces anxiety and stress, as its intake keeps the brain veins calm and the brain works better. Brahmi contains bacteria, which makes the brain veins strong and reduces stress and anxiety.
Shankhapushpi is also a boon for the brain and in Ayurveda it has received the title of ‘meritorious’, which helps to give energy to the brain as well as to create emotional balance. Consuming Shankhapushpi makes sleep very good, it maintains mental stability and also controls more emotional brain parts.
Brahmi can be consumed as powder. Its powder can be taken with ghee or with milk. If the child does not feel like reading, then this powder will provide concentration to children. You can also massage the head with its oil. Shankhpushpi can be consumed as a decoction. It is also available as powder in the market. The special thing is that if they take both together, then the result gets better. Both powder with lukewarm milk can be taken.
