Congress protest: The case of beating 38-year-old Hariom Valmiki in Rae Bareli is getting caught up. Congress leaders termed the incident as mob lynching and have questioned the law and order of the state.

A large number of officials and workers from the state Congress office took off the road with candles and tricolor flag in their hands. During the March, the activists gave justice to Dalits, Justice for Hariom Valmiki, this anti-Dalit government will not run-no government will run and this government of Gundaraj will not run like no one will run as if shouted slogans. Along with this, the slogans of Yogi-Modi Murdabad kept echoing. Congress President Ajay Rai, describing the incident as very embarrassing and unfortunate, said that beating a Dalit shows what is the law and order situation in the state.
Congress will fight for Hariom
He said that the Congress party has come out on the streets to provide justice to the family, the top leadership of the party is also in touch with the family. He said that Rahul Gandhi has assured to provide justice to the family by talking on the phone. Uttar Pradesh in -charge Avinash Pandey said that the Congress party will fight until Hariom Valmiki gets justice. He said that on Tuesday, other leaders, including the chairman of the National Scheduled Castes Department, met the victim’s family. Before that, State Congress President Ajay Rai met the family.

Rajendra Pal Gautam, chairman of the National Scheduled Castes Department, said that the victim has given the confidence of meeting the family and the Congress to get justice. Congress leaders showed solidarity and said that they are struggling to bring justice to the Dalit youth.
