New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the first phase of Navi Mumbai International Airport while giving a gift to the people of Maharashtra. The first phase of the airport has been constructed at a cost of Rs 19,650 crore where passengers will get all the modern facilities. The operation of Navi Mumbai International Airport will reduce the pressure on Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Operations will start from here from December 2025. Inaugurating the first phase of India’s first fully digital airport, PM Modi talked about the development work of the BJP’s double engine government and appealed to the countrymen to adopt Swadeshi. Modi cornered Congress on the revelations of former Home Minister P. Chidambaram regarding Mumbai 26/11 terror attacks.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, Congress will have to tell who was the one who took the decision under foreign pressure, who played with the sentiments of Mumbai and the country, the country has the right to know this. This weakness of Congress strengthened the terrorists and weakened the security of the country, for which the country had to pay the price again and again by losing lives. For us, nothing is more important than the safety of the country and its countrymen. Today’s India gives a strong reply, today’s India enters the house and kills. Chidambaram had recently said that the UPA government did not take action against Pakistan due to American pressure.

Modi said, I have a request to you to adopt Swadeshi. ‘Say with pride, it is Swadeshi’ this should be the mantra of every home and market. Every countryman should buy indigenous clothes, shoes and bring indigenous goods home, this will keep the country’s money in the country. Only workers and youth of India will get employment. Imagine how much India’s power will increase when the whole of India adopts Swadeshi.

The PM said, whether it is the poor, the neo-middle class or the middle class, their empowerment is the priority of the country today. When these families get facilities and respect then their strength increases. The country has become strong due to the strength of the countrymen. The next generation reforms in GST, the things which have become cheaper, have also increased the empowerment of the people of the country. Statistics show that this time many sales records have been broken during Navratri. Our government will continue to take similar steps in the future to improve the lives of the countrymen and strengthen the country.
