Barmer. In a tragic road accident in the district today, the Bolero Kemper driver died on the spot, while another person was seriously injured. The accident occurred when a speeding bus and a Bolero Camper collided head-on.
The collision was so strong that the Bolero was badly damaged and the driver got trapped there. The people present nearby immediately informed the rural police station about the incident. Police reached the spot and with the help of local people took out both the injured. The seriously injured person was taken to the district hospital, where his treatment is ongoing. The body of the deceased driver has been kept in the mortuary of the district hospital for post-mortem.
Police have seized both the vehicles and started investigating the cause of the accident. According to preliminary information, the accident is believed to have occurred due to high speed and careless driving.
