New Delhi. Mahindra has launched the XUV400 in the Indian market, an electric compact SUV, and is priced from 15.99 lakh to 18.99 lakhs. The car is based on the XUV300 and will compete with the Tata Nexon EV, which is currently the best -selling electric car in India. The XUV400 has 5 different colors available, such as Arctic Blue, Everest White, Galaxy Gray, Neopolitan Black, and Infinity Blue, as well as two-tone options of satin copper.
The Tata Nexon Ev Max has three variants – XZ+, XZ+ Lux, and a simple jet edition, with an initial price of 18.34 lakhs, and goes up to 20.04 lakhs for the top model. Nexon EV Max has three exterior paint options such as Intensity Teal, Detona Gray and Pristin White. It has a dual-tone body color standard feature.
Mahindra has declared the initial price of XUV400 15.99 lakhs, which is valid only for the first 5,000 booking. The company aims to launch the XUV400 in a year and to deliver 20,000 units. This car will compete with competitors like Tata Nexon Ev Max, Hyundai Kona Ev, and Mg ZS EV.
