On the occasion of Pravasi Rajasthani Day, Pravasi Rajasthani Conference is being held in Jaipur on Wednesday, 10th December. Last year, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma had announced that Pravasi Rajasthani Day would be celebrated on December 10 every year. This “Pravasi Rajasthani Day” will be a big platform to showcase the development journey of Rajasthan, investment possibilities and cultural relations. From laying the foundation stone of an investment proposal worth ₹1 lakh crore to the presence of top industrialists, this event is going to be historic in many ways.
Big industrialists will be involved
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will deliver the keynote address in the inaugural session. Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde, Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will be present on the stage. The function will begin with the inauguration of the Pragati Path Exhibition, which will showcase the development journey taken during the tenure of the present government. The presence of big industrialists will make this event more special.
Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal and Tata Power CEO and MD Praveer Sinha are among the keynote speakers. Shree Cement Chairman Hari Mohan Bangur, Wellspring Living CEO Deepali Goenka, JK Cement Joint MD Madhav Singhania and Hindustan Zinc Chairperson Priya Agarwal will also participate. 26 will attend the Rajasthan Chapter event
Representatives of all 26 Rajasthan chapters will participate in this event. It consists of 12 international chapters in Munich, Nairobi, Dubai, Singapore, Doha, Tokyo, Riyadh, Melbourne, Kampala, Kathmandu, London and New York. Fourteen local chapters are active in Delhi, Ranchi, Guwahati, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata and Coimbatore.
