Apple has opened its new store in DLF Mall of India (D123-D128) in Noida Sector 18. This is Apple’s second official store in Delhi-NCR, and its opening will benefit not only the people of Noida but also Ghaziabad and other nearby areas.
Like other Apple stores, the Noida store will also be open from 11 am to 10 pm. These are the same timings as Apple’s other stores (Saket, BKC). According to the sub-lease document shared by CRE Matrix, the company will pay rent of ₹45.3 lakh per month, ₹5.4 crore per year and approximately ₹64.9 crore over 11 years for the Noida store.
The company has taken on lease 6 units with a total retail space of approximately 8240.78 sq ft (carpet area). The lease is for 11 years at ₹263.15 per sq ft per month, which also includes a one-year rent-free period. It is also mentioned in the documents that the rent will increase by 15 percent every 3 years.
