Ratri Chaupal once again brought relief to the villagers in Barmer district. On Wednesday, on a cold night, District Collector Tina Dabi visited Bhedana Gram Panchayat and sat with the villagers for hours and listened to their problems. Despite the cold, a large number of villagers gathered at the Chaupal, where they expressed their problems before the District Collector. District Collector Tina Dabi took these problems seriously and provided immediate relief to the villagers, resolving many of them on the spot.
In fact, Barmer District Collector Tina Dabi heard the complaints of the public during the Ratri Chaupal organized in Bhedana Gram Panchayat on Wednesday. During this period, many problems were solved on the spot, which brought relief to the public. During Ratri Chaupal, District Collector Tina Dabi herself listened to the problems of the people with sensitivity and directed the officials of the concerned department to ensure timely and quick solutions. During this, District Collector Tina Dabi urged the officials of all the departments to ensure speedy disposal of the cases received. He said that the district level officers should fix the responsibility of departmental officers for disposal of cases and personally contact the complainants to improve the average disposal time.
He informed about the inclusion of names of eligible persons in the voter list on January 1, 2026 under the SIR program currently being run by the Election Commission. Complaints related to electricity, water, encroachment, pension etc. were received in Ratri Chaupal from various departments, on which the District Collector took note and directed the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsildar, Development Officer and concerned departments to settle the complaints within the next seven days. He informed all the complainants about the action taken and directed for quality disposal of cases. During this, Sub-Divisional Officer Keshav Meena and officers of various departments were present.
