Let us tell you that on the second day of Chaitra Navratri, wake up early in the morning and take a bath, etc., after bowing to Maa Gauri, start the day. Then retire from daily works and take a bath with water containing Ganga water. At the same time, take a pledge to fast and wear clean clothes. Now spray Ganga water at the place of worship and purify it.
Install the mother’s statue or picture by laying a red colored cloth on a post. After this, worship the mother Brahmacharini by punching. Recite Chalisa, Kavach and Stotra at the time of worship. Offer the goddess and finally ask for a boon of happiness prosperity and good luck from the mother.
